The Leadership Core is made up of people and groups within the Centre whose joy it is to serve in particular areas. They provide the hands, hearts and minds that help the church grow and reflect the consciousness of the greater community. The entire organization operates on a shared leadership model based on the ideal of “servant-leadership”. This approach has allowed individual members of the congregation to expand their comfort zones and horizons and as a result, the entire congregation has grown and flourished.

There are a variety of way to become involved in a leadership ministry, e.g., CSL Membership, Practitioners, Core Council, Marketing, Spirit Academy Youth Ministry, SpiritSong Choir, Women’s Groups, Vision Core, and Sunday Service Teams.
